Although it is a dog beach, and the sand and water may be more rocky than other beaches in the area, it's still a beautiful spot. We take our dog there often, and he loves it. Great photo opportunities as there don't tend to be many people here, and the rocky areas are great for exploring too.

Great little 🐕🐕 dog beach,very rocky so beach footwear advised plenty of rocks to climb & explore ✅️enjoy your visit ??'? we kayaked around to royal beach today& went snorkelling 🤿great variety of fish to be seen 🐠🐡🐟,& we spotted 4 stingrays,hidden in the seaweed,🪸some pretty areas to explore with good variety of seaweeds ,also sea urchins,pretty sea stars & heaps of krill,excellent visability today & calm seas,fabulous day on the bay??'?please take all your rubbish home with you& keep our peninsula beautiful 🥰🤿🐟🐟🐟🐟thanks

Small beach for dogs. Was quiet when came here. The sand is very yellow and squashy. Rocks all through the water. Not recommended for swimming. Unfortunately there was a little bit of litter.
